All orders placed before 2 p.m will be shipped from our warehouse following business day.

Shipping from Sweden from our warehouse in Sweden, delivery by UPS.


Shipping: free shipment and on all orders above USD 100.
Return period: 60 days

Delivery

Blankdays ships worldwide. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden. Depending on your country you have the following delivery options:

UPS EXPEDITED - available Worldwide. UPS are unable to deliver to post office boxes. You can specify an alternative address, e.g. your office, as shipping address for daytime delivery. Depending on UPS options your shipment may be delivered to a UPS Service Point. If UPS are unable to deliver, you will be notified by letter, sms or e-mail and you can either schedule another delivery attempt or have the package delivered to a UPS Access Point where you can pick it up at your convenience within 10 days. Blankdays cannot be held responsible for changes to UPS terms of service, therefore please refer to ups.com for current information for your specific location.

Free shipping

Blankdays offers free shipping (UPS Expedited) for orders above USD 100 for all order from the US. All other countries are offered free shipping on orders above USD 150.  Free shipping will be determined at the checkout based on the item price, discounts or promotion codes.

 

Tracking

We only use tracked shipping methods and you can check the status of your package at any time using the link in your shipping notification e-mail.

Insurance

Blankdays insures each purchase from the time it enters transit until it is delivered to you. All orders require a signature upon delivery, at which point you become responsible for the shipment. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, you also accept that the third party’s signature is sufficient proof of delivery and fulfilment by Blankdays.

 

Unclaimed packages

If customer fails to claim their delivery and courier has to return item(s) to warehouse no refund will be made to customer.  

 

Taxes and duties

All orders are shipped on a DAP (delivery at place) basis. Your order may therefore be subject to local taxes and import duties, which are levied by your local customs authority or the used shipping carrier. We are unable to calculate the exact amount in duties and taxes your order might incur, as these charges are imposed directly by the destination country and vary between countries. Blankdays does not cover any such taxes, duties or related charges. Taxes and duties incurred on refused or unclaimed packages are not covered by Blankdays.

Returns & Exchanges

Blankdays has a 60 days return policy. Any returns must be shipped/postmarked within 60 days of being received. Returned goods should not have been used and needs to be returned in a resellable condition. Please note: for hygenic reasons we can not accept any returns of underwear. Exchanges return freight cost is covered by Blankdays, returns are covered by customer.  

Returning your purchase

to make a return, please follow the below steps.

  • Register your return:  send an email to care@blankdays.com with your order number, what item(s) you’ll be returning and the reason for your return. In case of exchange, please specify the size and color of the desired replacement item(s).
  • Prepare your package: write your order number and e-mail on a note and place inside the box, along with the item(s) you’d like to return. Use the original box (or other solid container). Seal it securely with tape.
  • Send it back:  follow instructions in e- mail sent to you in return after you have registered your return at care@blankdays.com.

Exchanges

All exchanges are based on stock availability. If you wish to exchange an item for a different style, please return the item to us and place a separate order. 

Within the European Union and the US Blankdays offers free exchanges for different sizes or colors. Blankdays covers the shipping of the replacement item(s) return shipping cost.  The exchanged items are sent out as soon as the returned goods have been received, processed and approved. 

Refunds

Upon receiving the returned item, we inspect the goods prior to processing the refund. Once inspection is passed, returns are refunded, including full item value minus actual return shipping fees paid by Blankdays.

If you paid by Paypal, credit or debit card, direct debit or directly via banktransfer, the amount will be transferred back to the account or card used within 2-5 business days. 

Payment

We accept Paypal Express as payment option at the moment, other solutions will be possible shortly.
